1. Introduction

Welcome to JobPilot (“we”, “us”, “our”).
JobPilot provides AI-powered tools to help users improve their job applications, including CV analysis, rewrites, translations, cover letters, ATS scanning, template blending, and bias/authenticity auditing.

By using JobPilot, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.


2. Who Can Use JobPilot

You may use JobPilot without creating an account.
By using the service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old (EU minimum age for data processing)
  • You will use JobPilot only for lawful purposes
  • You will not upload harmful or illegal content

3. Your Content

“Your content” includes:

  • CVs
  • Job advertisements
  • Cover letters
  • Text you input
  • Output generated using your input

3.1 You Own Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload and the content generated based on your input.

3.2 License to Process Your Content

By using JobPilot, you grant us a temporary license to process your text only for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not store:

  • CVs
  • Job ads
  • Cover letters
  • Analysis results
  • ATS scan results
  • Bias auditor results

All processing is temporary and deleted after your session ends.


4. AI-Generated Output

JobPilot uses AI models (such as Grok, OpenAI, Claude AI or similar providers) to generate content.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI output may contain errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content
  • AI output should not be considered legal, career, or professional advice

5. Premium Access & Payments

Premium features (such as unlimited analyses, ATS Scanner, Template Library access, and Bias Auditor) may require a subscription.

5.1 Stripe Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store your card information.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to EU consumer regulations.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact:

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe’s customer portal (link provided in your receipt).

Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past use.


6. Availability of Service

We aim to provide uninterrupted access, but JobPilot may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party API outages
  • Network providers

We are not liable for downtime.


7. ATS Scanner, Template Library & Bias Auditor

These features analyze your text automatically.

You understand that:

  • ATS scores are estimates only
  • The Template Library contains anonymized examples
  • Bias Auditor results are suggestions, not guarantees
  • These tools do not ensure job placement or interview success

8. No Guarantee of Employment

JobPilot provides tools to help improve application quality, but:

Your success depends on factors outside our control.


9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI model parameters
  • Misuse JobPilot for spam or bulk job applications
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits

10. Disclaimer of Liability

JobPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • AI errors or inaccuracies
  • Loss of data (we do not store your data)
  • Decisions made by employers, ATS systems, or third parties
  • Misuse of content generated by AI

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct or indirect damages.


11. Privacy

Your use of JobPilot is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:
